We accept payments: Cash, Credit or Debit Cards or Check. Payments are due upon completion of errands and concierge services. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.
Purchases:
Any purchases for item's such as groceries, will be reimbursed to ACCESS. Receipts will be provided upon requests.
Certificate of Liability Insurance: ACCESS is insured by Hiscox Insurance Company Inc.
Policies and Privacy:
All information regarding clients is held in complete confidence. We do request a 24 hour notice for all services.
ACCESS can only accept same day services if our schedule allows. . ACCESS has the right to refuse service or request that maybe illegal or unethical.
